Lee Knutsen was born to sell real estate. An excellent problem-solver and highly effective communicator, Lee has an innate understanding of the buying and selling process. His clients consistently cite his ability to resolve difficult situations and his willingness to help people above and beyond normal expectations. In the five years he has been with Pestana Realty, he has become the number 1 salesperson in his target area of Meadowbrook, consistently listing and selling more than 50% of all properties sold in the area.
Lee has experience in a wide variety of different fields, and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies which, combined with his exemplary skills in marketing and negotiation, enable Lee to produce results in any market conditions. He is married and lives at Loganlea with his wife and son.
Chee Yap was born and raised in Malaysia. He is multi-lingual and speaks fluent English, Malay, Mandarin and other Chinese dialects including Cantonese, Hokkien and Hakka. Chee completed his business degree at Monash University in 1992 and qualified as a CPA in 1993. Chee has worked in various countries including Malaysia, Singapore and Fiji before calling Australia home in 2005.
Since beginning his real estate career a number of years ago, he has become a well-known identity in the local real estate sector, and has taken Pestana Realty to the top of the scoreboard in his target area. Chee also does community work and helps the underprivileged people in the Logan area. In August Chee plans to go to Africa with his fellow church members to build a kitchen to improve the health of the orphanages.
Rajen has had a varied career. He has a Retail Management Degree (with a Marketing major) which got him involved in human resource management, an industry where he worked for many years.
He has also worked in aged care and his compassionate nature reflects this. Rajen’s interaction with clients is smooth and non-aggressive; a paradigm shift away from the norm in the industry. His eye for detail allows him to seek deeper answers and his personality makes him a pleasure to work with.
Rajen is a life member of Round Table, Flying Doctors, Red Cross, KSPCA and is a Freemason. He lives in Sunnybank Hills with his wife of 24 years and his 2 daughters and son.
