Once we decided on our initial property purchase in Logan we investigated various rental agencies and were extremely pleased to discover that our properties listing agent was professional, friendly and understood our requirements perfectly.

By liaising with us continuously through the purchase & settlement period and following up on all our requests in a timely and consistent manner we even managed to have tenants on the day after settlement, at a rental that was at the top of our expected rental range.

Most impressive was that despite dealing with Nick almost exclusively as a managing agent from the start Frances & the rest of the Pestana team stepped up to carry through without a hitch while Nick was off getting married & enjoying his honeymoon right in the middle of the critical period. When it came time to purchase our second investment property in Logan I happened to be in Brisbane for a wedding so was shown around various properties listed by both Pestana and others.

Nick was very helpful in providing a tour of the area with advice on expected rental returns and fantastic local knowledge. He also escorted me to our first property and we met with the tenants to run through various items picked up on the building & pest inspection report for attention. It was a pleasure to see our property in great hands and to receive today our first regular inspection report confirming the neatness & tidiness we had anticipated.

We ended up negotiating and settling for another property listed with Pestana and again appreciated their coordinating minor repairs on the first and second properties and finding a tenant.

This time the service was even better than the first time as various repairs were completed at an excellent price and our letting fee was halved due to Eddy liaising with the vendors who agreed to our tenants moving in even before we settled… From an investors perspective we couldn’t have asked for an easier and better value process. And personally each and every person I dealt with was friendly and helpful to the best of their ability.
